The Help Desk is a single service window and first point of access to all IT support from MITS. The unit is integrally involved in user training and is also the point of dissemination of generic public information electronically to the campus.See helpdesk Operation
Our Mission
To keep the technology functioning and to support efficient and effective usage by providing exemplary customer service, by promoting appropriate customer support options, by our responsiveness to users.
Our Objectives
- To offer immediate response to all calls for support
- To offer service response within a 2-hour time period
- To provide a call to fix for PC problems of 4 hours or less
- To provide a guaranteed response to all service requests
Services Hours and Location
- Service Hours :The Help Desk operates from 7:00 am – 10:00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays and 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
