File Tracking System

The File tracking system, Office of Graduate Studies was our client. It allows the user to know exactly where a file is at a specific point in time.

This allows the user to Add or Edit data stored on the database, it groups data in three categories namely Active, Inactive and Deleted Records.

Active Record: these are record while are out the filing room and are been passed around to the desk Faculty Clerks desks.

Inactive Record: These record which have bee filed away and is not longer in transit.

Deleted Record: These are records which have been marked for deletion from the system.
