Project tracking system

In an effort to increase our efficiency we are proposing a system to provide the capabilities to track, assign, analyze and report on project activities and enable developers and managers to manage and maintain projects. The system will provide statistics on resource utilization and analysis of the department effort as a result of time worked and of problems/requests received through the Help Desk and otherwise.
